    @ATT am very disappointed in both my cell phone and Directtvnow services. You keep on increasing the fees and am not happy. If this continues, I have no option but to cancel my services.

    @ATT $200+ to upgrade my phone and be able to keep it,$75 for sales tax. $35 for and "upgrade fee" $100 monthly paid ONTIME for a yr and a half bill is increasing to $120 a month,and I've been completed disregarded as a customer. Thanks #att #attthanks #customerservice

    @att I’m sorry. A customer of 10 years is leaving. You promised me HBO with my Unlimited+, then tell me I have to have a DirecTV bundle to use it. I pay over $200/month for two lines and you had me on hold for 30 minutes. Good bye. Hello T-Mobile

    @ATTHelp the store on 1112 N La Brea Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90038 is absolutely helpless .. not one single time had an issue resolved by visiting this branch. Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer

    @smfordo @ATT That is the point of the AI bot. If you had clearly explained your problem, the AI bot can/will easily evaluate if it can help solve your problem or transfer that chat over to a human.Your main concern should be to getting your problem resolved, rather than worrying about the how

    @ATTHelp Brother, just tell me if your company is having service issues or not! I have been trying to do Lyft since yesterday and nothing is working. Other people I know that have AT&T have been having issues since yesterday, as well.
