    just got off the phone with the most horrible supervisor i’ve ever been in contact with trying to figure out why money was taken from me @ATT and i was literally just hung up on. i just asked for the name of the man over and over and he hung up on me .

    @SurferChicify @ATT @Ryon_WithAnO @espn Because @Disney & @espn are playing *****. They know the football fans are compassionate about their teams so @ATT looks like the bad guy now & when they have to raise their rates to the #consumer they are the bad guy again. Customers finish last in this scenario. @SECNetwork

    Worst support call ever with @ATTCares. Entire call trying to convince me that att shouldn’t have to support @Google WiFi and that the problem was not att. I had a service bulletin from att describing the flaw in their Pace modem. Super never called back. And staticy sax music.

    I’ve been a @ATT customer for years and to say that I’ve have been disappointed with your customers service in the past two weeks doesn’t begin to describe it Being told it is “your word against ours” it’s not what a customer should hear. And i work in the service industry smh!

    @ATT also over charge you even when you not using the service,they said our phone bill would be $124/month but they tryna charge nearly $400 for only 2 lines which 1 of the lines haven even been used yet so where the $400 come from,they scamming…..

    How old am I you ask? Well when my internet goes out I call @ATT and get my bill pro rated for the days it is malfunctioning. I recommend you whippersnappers do the same with your monthly services fail to work.

    So as usual @ATT has no customer service skills whatsoever. They never provided a service but yet they wish to charge me for an early termination. My internet was too slow, cut off constantly and they sent people out several times to rectify and it continued. Don’t use AT&T 😡😡

    I have been on the phone with @ATT for over 45 minutes. They have transferred me to 4 different people and still have not solved the issue!!!!Worst customer service ever!!!!

    @comcast doing a really horrible job in Atlanta of a) ensuring service for kids that have in-home studies and b) customer service for those with problems. Don’t say problems are fixed when they aren’t. Need to improve both or @ATT fiber will take your market post-CV.

    @ATT If I could give AT&T Wireless 0 stars I would. The worst experience. Ive called 7 times to get the same issue fixed and each time the rep creates more of a disaster. The last straw is the rep corrected my bill and then deleted my account! Complete waste of my time.

    Here’s what I need @ATT. A supervisor from your customer loyalty department needs to call me today and issue this credit to my bill TODAY. No more sitting on hold. No more department transfers. No more case numbers, no more “I see the error in my notes”. Fix it now!

    @ATT can you please explain to me why it’ll take 3 weeks to get internet service in an apartment complex that only has @ATT and it was an error in your system that prevented me from setting things up and earlier?

    @ATT @NASA Yet you can't support your customers. Switched to AT&T 10 days ago. Today I was in a chat with customer service and they said, "That's it, the convo is done" when I didn't text my acct # in 10 sec. Then I waited over an hour for a call - and they hung up before it started. WTH!

    @DavidsonDa16685 @ATTHelp That's another thing that's why I canceled the ******* account AT&T has become nothing but a scammer like the Indian scammers that they hire to be on the call centers. Funny thing is I'm now using that T-Mobile wireless internet and I have zero problems All the problems went away

    Hey @ATT ….why does my new phone all of sudden half awful service in all rural areas? My iPhone 14 worked great! My battery started crapping out so I got an iPhone 17 and now I literally can’t use my phone in all my normal spots….

    @ATT I need actual assistance in fixing the mistake caused by your payment system and the horrible mishandling of my complaint. A $20 dollar credit will not solve the inconvenience caused by this situation.

    @ATT I’m looking for an attorney to go after AT&T their terms of service says if you drop a call you get a day of service free. I’ve dropped a minimum of 3 calls a day and sometimes up to 20. they have not honored what their advertisements say. Anyone else having this issue maybe we can get a class action lawsuit going. Their associated told me my new bill with would $500 a month last month my bill was over $2k it’s never been under $1k since we signed the contracts. Need some legal help I’m tired of spending 6+ hours every time I call them for them to tell me it’s handled then next bill and realizing it’s not been handled

    @rhody_special @TMobile Lmao I’ve made it to “vip tickets” with my issues. One min a rep tells me one thing and now another is telling me something else. No problem, I’m running dual sim with @ATT after unlocking my sim. Father about another day, going to make the switch. Shame on me for allowing this company to prolong this excuse of “investigating”
