    BE ADVISED: @DIRECTV @ATT, a multi-billion dollar entity, is charging customers, w/less than a year of service, a shipping cost to replace their faulty, probably refurbished, equipment. I'm ******* pissed and annoyed. This is why some ppl pirate content. This **** is ridiculous🖕🏿

    @ATTHelp The internet suddenly stopped working today and the alarm light on my ONT is red. We have had this service exactly 1 year. No internet also means no TV for us. What do we do? Can’t get anyone on the phone in customer service.

    @ATT WIFI 5G Internet Air speed should NEVER! be slowed down or below basic DSL speed, don’t care how many people are on the system. Currently my 5G Internet Air speed is at 2 mps, disgusting! And no, has nothing to do with the placement of my Hub. A big 👎👎👎👎👎

    @ATT @NASA Yet you can't support your customers. Switched to AT&T 10 days ago. Today I was in a chat with customer service and they said, "That's it, the convo is done" when I didn't text my acct # in 10 sec. Then I waited over an hour for a call - and they hung up before it started. WTH!

    @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.
