If the recalibration fails, Apple says it or an authorized service provider will replace the battery for free.

I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I’m in the Miami Lakes Florida Miami Dade County area can someone please let me know if we’re getting this back anytime soon? Thx
