Absolute culture clash too. 84% Japanese mixed with small percentage of older $S bell heads. Surprised at anything gets done. Duopoly are years ahead.Sprint could give their service away and never catch up.

We spent 6 hours on the phone yesterday trying to get help, being shuffled from one department to another. One customer “service” rep told my wife to go up on the roof of our house to repair some sort of box. WTF? Calls dropped. Got hung up on. No call backs. Idiots and incompetents. And don’t even get me started on the worst website in the world.
