    For as much as I pay a month this 5G is slower than the 4G network...I have had more time outs and loading issues since switching and buying a new phone than before. @ATT

    Had my identity stolen and I just want to say to @VerizonSupport that you have THE worst customer service, THE WORST fraud guidelines, and have done nothing but make an awful experience even worse. That’s why I proudly shop with @ATT

    @ATT I have called over and over again and keep getting transferred from department to department. I have made payments that only apply to the internet service. I can't even disconnect the phone service and now the $30/month service has ballooned to over $200!!!. Just awful!

    @ATT there are low hanging wires over our driveways from the storms. How or who do we call to help us take care of the wires? These are cable wires and not utility. They are now only 7ft above the drive way. #LittleRock #Arkansas

    @ATTHelp My service has been royally screwed and mistakenly turned off and no one is fixing it. I've been on the phone for 3 days now and no solutions at all. I'm so mad. Agent admitted to mistakes and no one can fix it.

    @ATT Just like with the Nextstar issues both sides point the finger at each other. With all the new competition it’s time to put the customer first and don’t allow these issues to impact those paying your bills. Resolve it.

    @3sonsBlessed @ATT My cellphone 6 getting LTE was better than this 5G crap. So slow. Pay hundreds of dollars for a new,, advanced phone and the cellular data is really bad here. I’m glad when it can only find LTE in the regions I visit.

    @ATT I have gotten so frustrated! A few months ago I got internet service and was told about a bundle that included a mobile phone for $80 a month. I took the offer, but my services have been billed separately for the last few months. I call every month and no one can help!!!!!!!

    @sprint Your follow through and customer service is the absolute WORST! Three times I’ve failed to receive the promised call back. Been trying to upgrade since 11-21. My bill has risen and I have nothing new. @VZWSupport or @ATT..can y’all do better? #19yearcustomer

    @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.

    AT&T lied to me. Since the end of February I’ve been working a technical issue with @ATT fiber company @quantumfiber . Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.

    Hey @ATT, I know we’re rural, but please do something about the service in New Ipswich, NH. When @Xfinity has an outage, we have one bar of service and can barely surf, post, text, or make calls. It took forever for X to come up and for this post to go through.

    Loyal AT&T customer for 15+ years. I asked for an extension of a payment arrangement after redirecting funds for funeral expenses during a loss. I was told, “the system doesn’t allow it” —no escalation, no human override. Moving my services once the dust settles. @ATT @ATTHelp

    @ATTHelp the store on 1112 N La Brea Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90038 is absolutely helpless .. not one single time had an issue resolved by visiting this branch. Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer
