    @markswife2004 @ATT The worse was that the local offices were CLUELESS that the Internet was down. These are the same sales representatives that will happily hook you into a 2 years contract & assist with other products to a point - my daughter’s phone won’t allow for voicemail.     @ATT After waiting 2 hours for my internet installation appointment I have now been on hold and transferred over and over for over an hour. Everyone told me not to use AT&T because their customer service sucked, but I wanted to give you guys the benefit of the doubt. I get it!

    I can say this is very true!! @ATT @atthelp has been “checking” on my issue for over a month! Yet no update when I ask. I just get asked to DM and they start the process all over with no resolution! To add to the frustration they keep asking fir my availability to call but dont!

    @gypsyphototaker @ATT I felt the exact same way. Not to mention, his former retail associates and customer care front line workers have to scrounge around to make hours and are given ridiculous quota’s, when people like him who buy companies that put AT&T further in the hole, and he still gets paid

    Not only has my @ATT fiber internet been down for over 17 hours, they have not even provided an update in over 12 hours. As someone who works from home, that is not acceptable. Time to research new ISP options
