    Customer service fail by @RCNconnects. Day 3 of terrible connectivity. Problem confirmed for our area. Response: “Working on it, just keep trying.” We’ll be “trying” to find another ISP if this isn’t resolved today. #customerservicefail

    @RCNconnects Are you serious? Your box craps out and I have to pay $80 to get a new box? Are you kidding me??? Tell you what, leave me a new box tomorrow and I'll happily return the old box. There problem is solved. I used to work for Motorola and know how man you have in stock
