@RCNconnects refuses to refund my $150 subscription to @MLBExtraInnings. All but one channel are in standard definition and impossible to watch. False advertising and poor efforts to keep customers. @mlb, you want us to watch, but keep making it impossible.

Has been known for a long time. Yet they keep signing up new customers. I have been paying for 300MB…
