Another ending and beginning @RCNconnects losing a customer for charging me almost $100 a month so this week I'm taking their modem back to sign up for another service offering $25 a month just like they are for new customers Loyalty means nothing

@RCNconnects Again updating for the peanut gallery: was contacted around 9 that enough of my neighbors complained to trigger an outage, so their folks would be looking into it. 3 hours later no updates and no service. Frustrated w/ @RCNconnects @WaveConnects, hope they get their act together.
