    Appalachian power raised their rates in my area to the point where my electric bill has doubled. I've already renegotiated my payment plan and they won't let me do it again. I owe $508 dollars by February 6th or my electricity gets cut off. @AppalachianPowe is pure evil.

    @AppalachianPowe Still no updates. Still no crew working on repairs. Still Restoration estimate of 12PM. I feel like such a valued customer. By the way. I was promised a call back 4 hours ago... what a shocker it hasn't happened. This company sucks, SCC report filed.

    @AppalachianPowe We received an email yesterday that power would be out at 7:30 am for 5 minutes while you performed routine mx. It went off at 9:30 and has been off now for pushing 4 hours. Any time of restoration? Boones Mill area.
