It would be nice to see some of that same urgency when it comes to restoring my power. I have a new born in the house and elderly neighbors. Perhaps some damn effort or timeline!!!!!

This has happened every day this week. How can I speak to a representative about this atrocious service? I can’t get through over the phone.
