    @AppalachianPowe I am signed up for alerts and have not received any texts at all today. The map is correct as we are still without power. It’s our account that incorrectly shows restored and will not let me resubmit my outage because I have already done so.

    @AppalachianPowe WTF!? You came here two years ago, cut down all my trees & SCREWED UP MY LAWN, when you put up new wires! Now I get a notice you're cutting MORE! Why not then? And now you want to cut down a precious tree my dead father gave to me just before he died!? BULLS**T!!

    @AppalachianPowe Still no updates. Still no crew working on repairs. Still Restoration estimate of 12PM. I feel like such a valued customer. By the way. I was promised a call back 4 hours ago... what a shocker it hasn't happened. This company sucks, SCC report filed.

    @AppalachianPowe It came as a surprise to me been trying to get help to pay it total now is 928.11 and you still will add another 115 installment next month the amp plan is awesome until you get behind i have to pay 421.64 by tomorrow or it goes off i always kept it up till i lost my job

    @VPIdave @AppalachianPowe There are crews out there but the don’t anticipate power in all those areas back on until late tomorrow. Tonight we could have additional blackouts due to high demand.

    @ToriiLynn96 @AppalachianPowe I guarantee it happens sooo much around here, they are horrible. Last winter I had a $550 bill and I was like How? ********? Is this legal?!! Considering you literally cannot choose another provider if you wanted to, and they can charge whatever they want. It’s fuckery.

    @AppalachianPowe If I wanted a "review" of my power usage I would have asked. I just added 1400sq ft and pool, yea we use power..which we pay you for montly, on time. So please don't tell me to take shorter showers, or how to use my dryer.

    @AppalachianPowe Imagine thinking I'm going to pay insurance claim deductible for a hotel room. Glad to hear you're not liable for the financial pain inflicted on your customers nor the quality of your customer service. Trash company, you only succeed because you monopolize the area.

    @AppalachianPowe If I didn’t pay my bill you’d be all over me trying to get your money. It would be nice to see some of that same urgency when it comes to restoring my power. I have a new born in the house and elderly neighbors. Perhaps some damn effort or timeline!!!!!
