Customers should have choice in their power companies. Oh yeah, we pay considerably more and our usage has lowered. Not cool.

Would be nice for someone to provide some actual information about when a crew will be dispatched.

MintBerryCrunch 🌿 (@SweetieBitters) reported@AppalachianPowe This company is my only power provider in my area so they do all of the maintenance in the middle of the day. Not fun going without electricity and water for over 13 hours. 2 of my chickens died the last time they did that and when I called, the supervisor hung up on me.
