    @AnitaSomaniMD I live in 43017. I have not had power for the last 48 hours (since the wind storm on Friday 3/13). I'm wondering if @AEPOhio has too much of a monopoly of the power grid and is too understaffed to handle its customers. Can't there be measurables put in place where if a monopoly cannot keep their empire running, it should be given to someone who can manage it more effectively?

    @aepohio no wonder our bills are so high. You given @asplund contract to keep power line clear. They have been a crew of 4 working for 7 days to cut a few branches off of a powerlune right of wat on my street . What a joke and Waste resources. You need better management

    @AEPOhio about 1500 people are without power in the east side of Hoover. Literally everywhere around us including a street over has power. It was caused my a tree falling into the power lines on schott. When we drove by nobody was there. When will you send a crew there?

    @AEPOhio is a ******* joke. 48+ hours without power and they just keep pushing their estimates back. People can’t operate when you keep changing how long they should expect to be without power. I had to throw away my whole fridge/freezer because of your incompetence. **** you!

    @AEPOhio Frustration would be an understatement. We haven’t seen a truck in our neighborhood since Friday at 2:30 prior to the outage. Adults can survive. The children are my main concern

    @AEPOhio App crashed. Website crashed. No estimate of power restoration. No routine maintenance of problematic vegetation. Reduced workforce. Historically high transmission charges. Yet my bill is auto paid flawlessly.
