  Been driving around all day (since our house is 55° without power) and haven’t seen a single @AEPOhio truck out anywhere. Makes me think they are WOEFULLY understaffed and underprepared and that no one is even in our area yet. 23 hours without an update.

  It's ridiculous that people are still waiting for their power to be restored in Columbus, Johnstown, and New Albany when the data centers are buzzing without a problem. Raised the rates to the working people/customers for upgrades to infrastructure and this is it? @AEPOhio

  @AEPOhio 70mph? No one anywhere was reporting 70 mile an hour winds as a possibility. Except AEP Ohio. Nothing like exaggerating by a factor of three in order to cover your ***. Maybe improve the grid. And you wouldn’t have to lie to set expectations for power outages.

  @limitlessmp3 @AEPOhio If you're not aware, you can go to their website and click on an interactive map to get an approximate time of restoration and possibly a cause for the outage.

  @THESagerbomb @AEPOhio Are you guys way out in the sticks? My BIL works for a company out of Ohio that travels all over the country restoring power. If AEP is understaffed you’d think they could hire an outside company to work on it. We have friends in central OH that had theirs restored earlier

  @AnitaSomaniMD I live in 43017. I have not had power for the last 48 hours (since the wind storm on Friday 3/13). I'm wondering if @AEPOhio has too much of a monopoly of the power grid and is too understaffed to handle its customers. Can't there be measurables put in place where if a monopoly cannot keep their empire running, it should be given to someone who can manage it more effectively?

  @AEPOhio claims to have 2,700 people working to turn the power on for their little area in Ohio. Duke Energy can do an area 10x the size and far greater numbers with less than half the staff. So AEP is either lying or totally incompetent. @GovMikeDeWine Ohio deserves a refund.

  @AEPOhio going on 5 hours!!!! 13th largest city in the country… Paying over $800 a month for your unreliable service for a less than 1900 sq ft home. Fine… it’s a bad windstorm but 5 hours as temps drop…. What the h*ll are you doing w/ all our money??(besides pocketing it)

  @AEPOhio Maybe you should have taken the bribery money that was used to solicit rate hikes and bail outs through "Empowering Ohio's Economy" to bury the power wires so wind will not take them down.
