    @AEPOhio Missing one payment yall cut the power off, no mercy. When this **** happens, who’s responsible for the losses? My one year old daughter needs some warm water, it’s freezing cold.. hotel cost? Generator cost? Gas? Gotta drive to cinci to drop my daughter off with grandma?

    @AEPOhio Maybe you should put more of the tremendous amount of high rates we pay you into RESIDENTIAL infrastructure upgrades instead of using it to cater to the damn data centers needs!
