    Power has been out for 2 hours and @AEPOhio still has no estimated time even. Yet my bill has been hiked by 33% yoy. Great stuff

    @AEPOhio Frustration would be an understatement. We haven’t seen a truck in our neighborhood since Friday at 2:30 prior to the outage. Adults can survive. The children are my main concern
