    @Micro2Macr0 @WellsFargo @RobinhoodApp its beautiful and a great product. but its a money losing product for them and very nascent, and they don't seem to care about losing a long time customer who has transacted millions on their platform

    @Micro2Macr0 @WellsFargo I can't use phone customer service anymore with my bank. The customer verification process is impossible with the foreign workers. I can barely understand them they can barely understand me. I go to my branch brick and mortar now for customer service. I get verified in a few seconds.

    Wells Fargo is such a slimeball bank. I so need to get a new bank. Their call center employees are obsessed with ghetto **** microaggressing at me. So pathetic. Rent a video. @WellsFargo

    @WellsFargo I've spent 2.5 hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue. I was transferred 4 times, only for reps to hang up while I was on hold. This is unacceptable. How can I get actual help?

    @GeriPerna @Ask_WellsFargo @WellsFargo I worked at a Bank a couple years ago. I quickly learned banking didn't fit my moral code bc of things like your example. To answer your question, banks do this because the federal government demands it. Banks are required to monitor your account for suspicious activity and then report it to the proper authorities. If they fail to provide the info or it is found during an investigation that they didn't follow procedures that would have uncovered the issue sooner, the bank is punished.

    @ShardiB2 @Micro2Macr0 @WellsFargo Our business used Wells for 20 years. We moved to a smaller bank down the street and it has been SO MUCH better. They call us if they think my signature is not legit on a check, I can talk to the manager any time, they respond to my emails within hours. Best change we've made.
