I go into the ******* Galleria in Dallas and try to pay it forward and they turned the card off. Reality I pay for ****. Who doesn’t know whom I am!

Now why are they holding the account hostage..? well probably so they can charge me monthly service fees for an inactive account. So I was robbed by a thief & now I’m being scammed by the bank 🤯

Then I escalated to you executive office. They saw the issue. Then this month your bank did not count my 2 March payment.
