Still is happening- while on a call suddenly the person on the other end can’t hear us- me or my husband. Mostly happens with his phone. And it happens randomly. No idea why but ne never had issues before.

Once the payments on the phone were done I was down to $99 a month. Now I have unlimited data better service (Verizon was terrible at the school I teach at) and it’s $50 a month.

I’ve also had Verizon Fios which was decent considering the area lived in, pretty secluded. I’ve always hated COX Cable. Always had problems with the modem or internet connection.

You could be in an area with For bars and it will mediately lose service and then come back. Turning off 5G is marginally better as was documented in PC magazine.
