I was taking with the customer service last night about my data slowing to a crawl at 5:30 every evening. Their solution was to buy a higher level of unlimited plan. Even though I already have the unlimited data plan. Highway robbery.

I can not even browse the web, let alone stream a video or play a web based game. It's been going on for WEEKS. I am in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
