    @RitaPanahi 85$ here in the US and @espnmma @Disney is crap! Wouldn’t let me purchase PPV from @verizon - by the time I logged on to @ESPNNewYork and subscribed for something I’ll never use - it was over. Don’t mind paying 85$ - but make it easy for me!

    And here’s why we left @Verizon. Two employees take an hour to help two custs. We sit. New employee comes in, sits on PC. Working employee asks if he will help us - no, he doesn’t start work until “noon.”

    @verizonfios So called tech support. You can’t resolve my issue for about 40 hours... unacceptable. If it’s not the line on the street, it’s the ONT pwr supply or the Optical Fiber receiver went bad. Either way a 40 -46 hour resolution time frame is not acceptable.

    My new cable card didn’t come with an install code @verizonfios and the @VerizonSupport gent hit a snag and needed to work though the system but patiently worked it out and has me up and running. Many thanks for superior service!

    @VerizonSupport our line from street to house is down and severed. Have tried since Tuesday to make this report. Don’t ask me to try rebooting again. Am very concerned about safety. We need to be on the repair list and given a ticket number to follow.

    @VerizonSupport absolutely sucks and needs to be better or not exist at all. Calero submitted a ticket for me to Verizon which said there would be a response in 24-48 hours. Here I am still waiting 4 days to get a phone number transferred to another phone.

    @iAnonymous3000 @brave Doesn't work natively on smart TVs where I actually watch a lot of YouTube content, in long format as well. Plus > get YT music and it's cheaper via Verizon. Still hard to get an alternative for the value and what packages you get with Premium

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    Anyone on here have Verizon Cell service? This **** is absolutely awful. This is like the 3rd time this year where my service will completely go out for no reason for at least 30 mins to an hour with no explanation.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
