    @VerizonSupport our line from street to house is down and severed. Have tried since Tuesday to make this report. Don’t ask me to try rebooting again. Am very concerned about safety. We need to be on the repair list and given a ticket number to follow.

    After over 3 hours on hold we got picked up and now we are not getting our service restored until possibly FRIDAY AFTERNOON?! Tell me how this is acceptable? @VerizonSupport absolutely worst service I’ve ever had

    @VerizonSupport I have had to increase my Verizon wireless plan at a cost to me to try to adapt right now. Wireless is spotty as cell tower generators in many cases were not maintained. ConEd among other utility companies are being pointed out. I hope Verizon is also named in this poor response

    The award for worst customer service goes to @VerizonSupport @Verizon @verizonfios we have been on hold trying to talk to a human being for almost an hour. No TV, internet or phone service in our neighborhood. So helpful 😤

    @verizonfios So called tech support. You can’t resolve my issue for about 40 hours... unacceptable. If it’s not the line on the street, it’s the ONT pwr supply or the Optical Fiber receiver went bad. Either way a 40 -46 hour resolution time frame is not acceptable.

    And here’s why we left @Verizon. Two employees take an hour to help two custs. We sit. New employee comes in, sits on PC. Working employee asks if he will help us - no, he doesn’t start work until “noon.”

    @setpiecemenu listening to the current pod. 1000 up and down speed is common in the US. It is sold by Verizon as their FIOS service. It is 100% fiber optic cable.

    @VerizonSupport Need to do better than that! I’ve made countless attempts to reach ANYone @ Verizon for 7 months. Calls are forwarded to Wireless, Collections who won’t help with resolution. When some IS reached, resolution promised but then here comes another bill!

    @VerizonSupport absolutely sucks and needs to be better or not exist at all. Calero submitted a ticket for me to Verizon which said there would be a response in 24-48 hours. Here I am still waiting 4 days to get a phone number transferred to another phone.

    @iAnonymous3000 @brave Doesn't work natively on smart TVs where I actually watch a lot of YouTube content, in long format as well. Plus > get YT music and it's cheaper via Verizon. Still hard to get an alternative for the value and what packages you get with Premium

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    Anyone on here have Verizon Cell service? This **** is absolutely awful. This is like the 3rd time this year where my service will completely go out for no reason for at least 30 mins to an hour with no explanation.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
