Verizon rep tells @CNET that the outage it had earlier this afternoon lasted around an hour and has been fixed. If you’re still having issues with making or receiving calls try restarting your phone.

It’s been 36hrs since I’ve been able to send or receive a call now! Can’t call customer service or use the online chat 😡
