    @VerizonSupport My sports package was recently not renewed while I was away on business. This evening I called to add the package in which I was told that the channel would work immediately. It doesn’t. Then I called back to see if they could fix it, but no representatives are available...

    @VerizonSupport The info is all correct. It is taking 1 month from when I submitted my first request to move to get service setup. I’ve had Fios since 2015 and prefer to stay, but can’t wait that long for a move for an existing customer. Help?

    @VerizonSupport No I have your latest Fios router (the big white tower). I used the app to reboot multiple times. And physically unplugged power and cable to reboot. Nothing works very unstable internet and very slow.

    @Verizon I have had limited to no service for a few days now in #Hoboken, NJ, and when I stopped into a Verizon store yesterday, they said a tower was down and that they didn’t have any other answers than I wasn’t the only one. Is there a timeline for when this will be resolved?

    The Verizon customer retention situation is comical. - spun off a single line onto its own plan - was $90/mo w no phone upgrade - went to the store and their best offer was $132/mo iphone 16w a device trade in & teacher discount

    @VerizonSupport I am unable to reset my account password as the email has not been received after multiple requests. I only get the updates made to your Verizon account email and not the actual temporary password. Help!

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?
