    Went to the apple store today. Had to first use my phone to log in to talk to someone on line. The security outside the store is useless and would not do it for me. So I had to get personal service at Verizon . And bought my watch. #applesucks

    @VZWSupport Been having problems making and receiving calls since 8am in Fri 4/10. Only have one bar of service. We chatted last night with you guys and were told to Reset Network Setting on IPhone. That didn’t help at all. Please help!

    Just went to a Verizon store looking to add an add'l service to my account. After several log-in attempts by customer svc reps I was told that the Verizon service at the Verizon store is down...irony. Might be time to find a new provider after 25 years of being a Vzw customer.

    Verizon Fios is pathetic company to deal with. They engage in unethical business practices by promising promotions while enrolling in new service but they don’t allow you to redeem the promotions once you are customer. Stay away from them. #verizon #fios @Verizon

    @verizonfios are horrible by raising our fees once again. This time over $75 a month. as a chair member i’m recommending my people not to stand for another Verizon increase and switch to Altice . We do not have to stand for this . Enough is enough

    Hey @verizon @VerizonSupport ! Really enjoyed being treated like garbage at your store today. They made it a point to let us know that they’re a corporate store and not an authorized retailer. I was surprised to hear that! Great experience with your incompetent, rude “managers”.

    Thinking of switching to mint mobile. Saw @TailosiveTech switched from Verizon. I can’t seem to find out what happens to your old plan when you switch. Do you still have to call and cancel? Or does @Mintmobile cancel it for you?

    @jimdonovancbs3 @Walgreens Automated phone systems should be banned, thrown away , outlawed . They are the most frustrating systems ever . The worst I have encountered are Verizon , Comcast , and Amazon. They make enough money to hire someone to answer the phone . They should do it.

    @petergyang Maybe they didn’t. Maybe someone is exploiting a vulnerability. Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
