At this point I rely on Verizon Fios being consistently down. However, waiting for hours and days to speak to a rep makes it all ok.

Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
