    This is huge but will largely depend on Verizon's efforts to market the offer to its customers and how easy both companies make it to sign up. As a @VZWSupport and @verizonfios customer I'm psyched and glad I never got around to buying the great Disney+ 3-year pre-purchase deal.

    @VZWSupport mornings afternoons evenings have tried all during weekdays same results...also it does not end there...same issue follows you on NJ turnpike almost till newark airport, can’t make head n tail of why would it get congestion on a highway...

    @VerizonSupport Your automated phone system is glitchy and incredibly frustrating. It wanted to reboot my router to fix an internet issue. I asked it not to, and after confirming my request, it did so anyway (twice), knocking my housemate out of an important online meeting!

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?
