    @MissDeeMe12 People who have more than my dozen followers have this problem. 😄 Actually I just got a notice that my carrier, Verizon, places a limit on the number of messages transmitted. That's the only slowdown I get.

    @VerizonSupport Jean thanks, spoke to two reps, 2nd was very knowledgeable, problem apparently is related going from using ethernet cable to the wifi hot spot, computer asks for Network Security Key, doesn't take password.

    @Verizon The worst cellphone network coverage with 5G. On a moving Amtrak and its impossible to have a call. LTE is so degraded that it acts like EDGE and 5G is either spotty or bandwidth-crunched. You used to be good! What happened?

    @redidbull @kellymnyc @MissAshes92 Yes, feel the same way, also, many times the land line is clearer, easier to understand than the cell phone. At least in my location. And we’ve tried both Verizon and AT&T for cell service.

    Amazing how bad chat customer service is @Verizon Wireless, kept having the answers repeated back, obvious they are guessing at questions, so much for #AI. Going to take long look at AT&T.

    Gosh @verizon CS is awful. BOTT keeps asking for phone number problem is connecting mobile hot spot, my laptop wants "Network Security Key" rather than password.

    Excited about receiving @samsung S23 Ultra phone, but disappointed in service @BestBuy website confusing, receive phone at home, have to take back to store for setup, store didn't seem staffed up. @Verizon my alternative, perhaps has more trained staff.

    @VerizonSupport Yes problem continued Sat. when I was on road covering a game, laptop could not access my Virizon Mifi. Kept getting request for network access code.

    @VerizonSupport @Verizon just wasted a half hour chatting with someone not very helpful, you charged me for 4gb of data while I was sleeping. Cell towers are down everywhere. Shouldn’t be putting ppl in safety mode

    @ps2604 @OfficialLoganK @Starlink Any enganagement with a major will display this very point. Verizon is imploding and upgrades can turn into weeklong clusterflooks, whereas Starlink, Tesla and others just work, with the hassle removed (never present in the first place)

    AT&T guy at target stopped us and told us he can get all 6 lines for $163 a month for 36 months and that our bill would go down because our phones would be paid off. Seemed too good to be true…curious though. Verizon is expensive.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    @Emarged My current ThinkPad has a Verizon modem and SIM slot, but they no longer sell the service plan for it. I just use the 100GB of hotspot included in my phone plan.

    @Verizon I left AT&T because they had so many billing errors. I was assured by my Verizon salesman Ricky that ALL promotions he offered would be honored. Yet here we are! My promised bill amount $207 per month is now $261! Even after a review and input from Ricky.. bill is wrong!
