    @ryanlm92 @verizonfios Well I left Verizon for Cox and had to come back cause their router doesn’t work well with the VPN for my job (disconnects). Now I’m stuck with really bad TV issues but “ok” internet. I just can’t win. Unfortunately those are my only two options here at my condo. 😖

    @VerizonSupport I asked to cancel my account without a fee for breaking the contract b/c every problem I have takes at least two hours on the phone. My service hasn’t worked right since I’ve established it. They wouldn’t do that. I’m reconfiguring my budget to take the hit. I hate Verizon.

    Make that 1 hour 29 minutes on hold with Verizon. #fiosfail. And don’t send me another message to sign in because when I sign in, it wants to verify my identity and whe. I do, it says that you cannot process verifications at this time. Endless Loop of Errors!

    @VerizonSupport There is no outage in the area and now on hold for 1 hour 56 minutes. It’s hard to see how guaranteeing services is your number 1 priority to be honest. I am fairly patient, but I don’t understand what I am paying for.

    @MaheshMoolchan5 Trust me the people complaining are Tech people who know what they are doing. Let’s not act like their concerns aren’t valid & there aren’t localized/systemic issues. Reviews are a function of the standards set and expected. FYI I use Verizon here & I haven’t had any issues.

    @VerizonSupport I already said I did… It’s not odd. It’s common. It’s happened for months and FiOS tech support gives me so much runaround I leave it. Now it’s unusable. Tried Cat 6 and Cat 8. Going into USB-C adapter. Yes I’ve checked the speed computer to computer with the adapter/cables

    I swear Verizon is trash In northern VA. I only have 5G on the highways and the neighborhoods I get regular LTE but super slow. Why?? Aren’t you supposed to be everywhere and the best?? #Verizon #verizon

    @VerizonSupport I’m trying to get home internet service and Verizon have to send engineer out, been trying to get an appointment for weeks now and no response or call from the engineer Department and CS can’t do nothing about it (been calling them every other days) 👎

    @petergyang Maybe they didn’t. Maybe someone is exploiting a vulnerability. Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
