  • SCUBA_Shannon
Shannon (@SCUBA_Shannon) reported from Oakton, Virginia

@VerizonSupport I asked to cancel my account without a fee for breaking the contract b/c every problem I have takes at least two hours on the phone. My service hasn’t worked right since I’ve established it. They wouldn’t do that. I’m reconfiguring my budget to take the hit. I hate Verizon.

  • mariiiamt
Mariam (@mariiiamt) reported from Vienna, Virginia

Also they promise that they will send someone on Monday From “Verizon” to fix this. First of all if we had contract with @Verizon the issue was solved by now they would send someone and this issue would be solved by end of today

  • RJouben
Randy Jouben (@RJouben) reported from Fair Oaks, Virginia

@VZWSupport No, you have done nothing for me and have not even reached out to even look into my issues

  • MarcMHarrold
Marc Harrold 🇺🇸🏛 🤘 (@MarcMHarrold) reported from Burke, Virginia

Once again, @VerizonSupport turned out to be the WORST customer service around. No, don’t tell me to DM you—did that, on hold over 2 hours, hung up on twice, etc. Problem remains.

  • KarenFDuncan1
Karen F. Duncan 🇺🇸🇺🇦 (@KarenFDuncan1) reported from Burke, Virginia

Is @Verizon the worst company? I’ve been trying for an hour to get customer service. My WiFi is completely out. I finally gave up waiting & pressed the option for a call back and when it came it was another robot & when it asked me to press 1 to verify I was there, it didn’t

  • SCUBA_Shannon
Shannon (@SCUBA_Shannon) reported from Oakton, Virginia

@ryanlm92 @verizonfios Well I left Verizon for Cox and had to come back cause their router doesn’t work well with the VPN for my job (disconnects). Now I’m stuck with really bad TV issues but “ok” internet. I just can’t win. Unfortunately those are my only two options here at my condo. 😖

  • aclater
🗽 Adam Clāter 🗽 (@aclater) reported from Burke, Virginia

I'm dying. I've handed over control of my vehicle to #androidauto and it just doesn't work anymore. I may be about to drop my #pixel @googlefi & @Android all together for @Apple #carplay on @verizon or @TMobile

  • ByChrisGordon
Chris Gordon (@ByChrisGordon) reported from Oakton, Virginia

@VerizonSupport I know what I’m talking about and I’m not sure exactly how much clearer you’re asking me to be. Obviously there has to be a Verizon hardware issue.

  • JohnBakerFSU
John Baker©️ (@JohnBakerFSU) reported from Annandale, Virginia

@VerizonSupport How do I report an outage? My neighborhood cell tower appears to be out of service.

  • chrisWhite
Christin White (@chrisWhite) reported from Fair Oaks, Virginia

@TMobile 7 minutes estimated wait time to speak to support, we just passed 70, could you possibly make a worse first impression to a new customer? Maybe I should say screw it and go back to Verizon

  • SCUBA_Shannon
Shannon (@SCUBA_Shannon) reported from Oakton, Virginia

@VerizonSupport Tech support says the box outside is not sending a signal. It broken until a tech comes - I’m stuck at home to wait for a tech between 11-3 tomorrow. Then I have to drive 4 hours because I have to testify in federal court Monday morning. So much for leaving early.

  • chic0junit
David Aponte (he/him) (@chic0junit) reported from Merrifield, Virginia

@VZWSupport Now I definitely don’t have service. No bars and I can’t make calls (with or without wi-fi calling). Others in my apartment building are reporting the same issue.

  • JamieBloviates
Jamie Rasmussen (@JamieBloviates) reported from Kings Park West, Virginia

@llauralouisiana @ProjectLincoln You know, I’ve been looking for a reason to cut the cable. I was going to do it anyway, but I’ll be sure to tell Verizon THIS is the reason why I’m canceling TV service.

  • MILESandPINTS
Miles & Pints (@MILESandPINTS) reported from Idylwood, Virginia

@MJonTravel I’ve had it for 5 years. Switched my wife and kids over from Verizon 2 years ago. I’m quite happy with the service, though I do have google Fi for international because t-mobile was too slow for my needs.

  • ByChrisGordon
Chris Gordon (@ByChrisGordon) reported from Oakton, Virginia

@VerizonSupport You guys really do want to make this as time consuming and annoying as possible so I get Xfinity. I’ve already had Verizon ignore it and gone through hoops with support. Yes I’ll do that.

  • DBirdHoops
New Wizards Who Dis? (@DBirdHoops) reported from Annandale, Virginia

Living in the Alexandria/Annandale/Springfield area... I've had @verizonfios for less than a month, and already experiencing a total internet and cable blackout. This was the whole reason for the switch from Cox to Verizon, because Cox blacked out too often. 😡😡 #verizonoutage

  • DBirdHoops
New Wizards Who Dis? (@DBirdHoops) reported from Annandale, Virginia

Update: @verizonfios still out and customer support still won't answer their damn phones. I can live without TV and Internet, but I can't get my work done without internet. Wow, this is ridiculous.

  • RJouben
Randy Jouben (@RJouben) reported from Burke, Virginia

@VZWSupport what horrible customer service to just transfer me and hung up when I was on the line with you for three hours maybe time to switch to @TMobile

@ATT it should not be this hard to pay bills T-Mobile makes it easier cricket Mobile makes it easier Verizon makes it easier everyone that has a phone service has a better way to pay the bill then AT&t's sloppy app

  • ULoving4
    Felicia’s Patna (@ULoving4) reported

@Fatmackin It’s Verizon quality but cheaper. My uncle did the engineering for their setup. And if you want a basic service Mint Mobile uses T-Mobile’s system. I gifted that to someone for the new year $180 for Unlimited service for 1 year.

  • jason_mozi22597
    Natural of Fact (@jason_mozi22597) reported

@TimRunsHisMouth I mostly get calls saying they are Verizon fraud prevention, but they don't even ask who I am, and they will hang up as soon as I ask them do they know who they are speaking to.

  • FrankTru1
    Frank TRÜ Morgan (@FrankTru1) reported

For the F*king record @Xfinity is the f*king worst you could ever have or choose to deal with. #Crooks #Thieves and #Liars is the service they provide along with all their subpar equipment and "expertise" @Verizon @verizonfios here I come.

  • Crisrogers
    Cris Rogers (@Crisrogers) reported

@ps2604 @OfficialLoganK @Starlink Any enganagement with a major will display this very point. Verizon is imploding and upgrades can turn into weeklong clusterflooks, whereas Starlink, Tesla and others just work, with the hassle removed (never present in the first place)

  • eribubb
    fine$hit (@eribubb) reported

    **** Verizon

  • Whoisballing
    The Millennials (@Whoisballing) reported

@GOATzievSZN @thechosenberg Personally I went Verizon tier 1 phone support ($10) > Government helpdesk > ($14) Helpdesk level 2 > ($18) System admin ($36)… The one thing that broke me out of the terrible pay was a security+. If you have a clean background, DoD is great and they also do remote.
