    @MaheshMoolchan5 Trust me the people complaining are Tech people who know what they are doing. Let’s not act like their concerns aren’t valid & there aren’t localized/systemic issues. Reviews are a function of the standards set and expected. FYI I use Verizon here & I haven’t had any issues.

    @VZWSupport Now I definitely don’t have service. No bars and I can’t make calls (with or without wi-fi calling). Others in my apartment building are reporting the same issue.

    Fingers crossed that my 48 hrs of problems with @VerizonSupport are on way to being solved. This has been an unbelievable experience of right hand not knowing what left hand is doing. and we pay dearly for the privilege to be very inconvenienced.

    @WitchyDem While watching impeachment presentation by the good guys I did create a Word doc, 14kb, about 1 full pg. Idk how to send as DM, but will try to learn. My cell-phone is currently screwed up and I'm going to ask Verizon help. They'll probably help w DM.

    @Verizon owed me $250 in offers. Processed the offers. Months later I closed account due to work relocation. @VerizonSupport told me no issues with the gift cards even though account closing. LIES! They refuse to honor their commitment! #CustomerService

    Also they promise that they will send someone on Monday From “Verizon” to fix this. First of all if we had contract with @Verizon the issue was solved by now they would send someone and this issue would be solved by end of today

    One year ago today, my contract with Verizon was officially bought out after 12 years. That one year flew by fast! Then, started the ups and downs of employment searching... a lot more depressing times than not. But you have to just keep going. Never give up! #OneDayAtATime

    @VerizonSupport Yes, but I think it’s my VPN. It has never been an issue before. If I go off VPN everything is working, although here I have 5G 3 bars - no idea if it would have worked on LTE 2 bars

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon Verizon stores are awful. Switch to Spectrum and save a bundle. Was paying Verizon around $140 for 2 lines & phones. Did a deal with Spectrum, they paid off the phones, $30 per line, so bill down to $60 per month, plus 2 years of Internet at $30/mo. Cut my internet in half.

    @Verizon former employee for 7 or 8 years Verizon has lost what I used as my main way to handle customer service and sales while working there and that's integrity. If I'm not satisfied with the outcome after tomorrow then I'm done and I know a lot of other people will also be done.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 12th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    There have been recent phone and network issues reported across the country, depending on your carrier. The largest issue involved a nationwide Verizon outage that also impacted parts of Texas. Users reported phones stuck in “SOS mode” and an inability to make calls, send texts, or use data. At its peak, more than 175,000 users reported problems, with areas like Dallas and Houston among those most affected. Verizon has stated the outage has been resolved. However, the exact cause was not fully explained, though it is believed to have been related to a network or software issue. Smaller outages and service disruptions have continued in some areas. Even after the main outage, some users may still experience issues due to: Network towers recovering or experiencing heavy traffic Devices not fully reconnecting to the network Ongoing regional service interruptions Phones attempting to connect to weak or unstable signals

    @grok @Jason I have been with Verizon for 23 years and I am done. I have to drive 2 hours to a corporate store to get help otherwise I deal with people who i cant understand and are not incitivised to help me. I cant wait for Starlink to make cell service.
