    I legit tweeted @VerizonSupport FOUR days ago. Someone responded with a question. I answered it. That person disappeared. I imagine that this is what happens each time I’ve submitted tickets these past 2 years. Please fix your FiOS TV App!!

    @Xfinity So, you block my Verizon IP address and I can’t get my mail. To fix that, you remotely dump all the memory of my Comcast modem? Then, hang up on me? 8 hours on the phone so far. Zero results. Now worse. Zero Wi-Fi.

    @ATT @ATTHelp at least I know now att don’t really care about retaining me as s customer and feel they can cause people loss and harm with no sense of responsibility but that’s ok @verizon is going to take care of it today I’ll see @ATT @atthelp in small claims court

    @PolarFallgames @msbcasteel @Acyn Look. If I wanna read a book with old school theories I will go to my local library. I’ve worked in corporate America. One is Twitter, Apple, Google Samsung, Comcast, Verizon, etc. use any of those? If so, put your phone down now!!!!!

    @VerizonSupport The error message says channel unavailable. It also mentions a potential blackout but that can't be the case.

    @VerizonSupport No, no. There have been multiple tickets over the span of nearly 2 years. I’ve created in app tickets. I’ve chatted with Tech Support (in app). The response I received to my last ticket, was to call. When I call, I’m told I have to create an in - app ticket.

    @comcastcares left you for Verizon about 6 years ago because of unreliable WiFi and bad service. Finally switched back two weeks ago and it’s already the same stuff. WiFi out and I can’t understand any of the customer service reps because they barely speak English

    @VerizonSupport I’ve been using the FiOS TV App since 2013 and had never experienced ANY issues. Once the app was updated in 2017, I have not been able to use it.

    @dominos @IAmJericho I had a similar issue with Verizon, they give u some corporate answers and lame excuses. They DM to keep it hush so their error wouldn’t be out for all to see. Customer’s are KING and these big Corp seem to forget.

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    @Verizon Here's my fear.... After a terrible diagnosis and having to max out a single credit card to pay for treatment, @Verizon tried to charge me a $10 change fee for simply giving them a new credit card and then kept me on the phone for 45 minutes while I changed it. **** you.

    I don’t think people realize how much market share Starlink is going to steal from Verizon/AT&T when they rollout direct-to-mobile satellite phone service in North America 📡 📱 One company can give you internet + phone connectivity GLOBALLY. Starlink will be a MASSIVE company.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
