@VerizonSupport No, no. There have been multiple tickets over the span of nearly 2 years. I’ve created in app tickets. I’ve chatted with Tech Support (in app). The response I received to my last ticket, was to call. When I call, I’m told I have to create an in - app ticket.

I legit tweeted @VerizonSupport FOUR days ago. Someone responded with a question. I answered it. That person disappeared. I imagine that this is what happens each time I’ve submitted tickets these past 2 years. Please fix your FiOS TV App!!

  • juniperjag

How many calls will it take to move up the Verizon priority list? 10 properties between here and where a line is down around the corner.

  • mortonfox
Morton Fox (@mortonfox) reported from Club Lane, Delaware

@KayshoHusky Similar problem here. There are some spots where only Verizon and AT&T have good coverage.

  • Sortofabigdeal
LT  (@Sortofabigdeal) reported from Linwood, Pennsylvania

@VerizonSupport I’ve been using the FiOS TV App since 2013 and had never experienced ANY issues. Once the app was updated in 2017, I have not been able to use it.

@petergyang Maybe they didn’t. Maybe someone is exploiting a vulnerability. Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.

@tvrrzr @JohnBow31350342 @BeltsByDan If you had you’re thru a TV service or Phone service (like Verizon fr example) then it was auto updated for you iirc. It was a mess tbh,
