    @VerizonSupport MDDQ0RYYSX is the latest. They are all for the same issue, though. But all were closed because the problem is intermittent and when the tech comes out - generally midday - the problem is not present.

    He then knocked again. When I opened the door a second time, he repeated his request, as if I had some obligation to answer. I closed the door again and he left. Was he a legitimate Verizon representative? If so, is it your policy they be so rude?

    I’ll never forget I was working for Verizon at the time I was in se dc installing cable cold af outside I’m on the roof I see a mail man walking I look closely and I see a birthmark on the mail mans face I yelled off the roof “aye Thomas “ he looked up “aye nickkkkkk! “

    @Froste Grew up with Comcast and have Comcast at my house now - it’s complete shit. Drops all the time, speeds are NEVER as advertised. God forbid you have to talk to customer service Parents new house has Fios - super awesome, incredibly reliable speeds, way better customer service

    @ATT can someone DM me? I have tried twice to order 4 new phones and 4 lines of service and switch over from Verizon... my order has been canceled twice and no one in your customer service can tell me why. Do you not want new customers? #frustrated

    @Xfinity is TRASH. Had it growing up and it was always going down. Switched to @verizon and never had service interruptions. Now my landlord provides me xfinity with the monthly rent and it’s down at least twice a week. How do people put up with this.

    @Fatmackin It’s Verizon quality but cheaper. My uncle did the engineering for their setup. And if you want a basic service Mint Mobile uses T-Mobile’s system. I gifted that to someone for the new year $180 for Unlimited service for 1 year.

    @ps2604 @OfficialLoganK @Starlink Any enganagement with a major will display this very point. Verizon is imploding and upgrades can turn into weeklong clusterflooks, whereas Starlink, Tesla and others just work, with the hassle removed (never present in the first place)

    @GOATzievSZN @thechosenberg Personally I went Verizon tier 1 phone support ($10) > Government helpdesk > ($14) Helpdesk level 2 > ($18) System admin ($36)… The one thing that broke me out of the terrible pay was a security+. If you have a clean background, DoD is great and they also do remote.
