    @Froste Grew up with Comcast and have Comcast at my house now - it’s complete shit. Drops all the time, speeds are NEVER as advertised. God forbid you have to talk to customer service Parents new house has Fios - super awesome, incredibly reliable speeds, way better customer service

    @VerizonSupport Just never able to use the Fios TV app to schedule my DVR remotely (or do much else other than browse the tv listings). The my fios app accepts my money just fine 😵

    @VerizonSupport my wifi connectivity had been on/off / unreliable/down the last 2 weeks? I had not been able to get support!! Your landline is ALWAYS busy, and if I don't have wifi, I cant use your app! I had done everything from unplugging to rebooting. Pls help!!

    as pay bill, pay history, cancel payment etc. Also, why remove useful functions payment breakdown. Can someone explain why Verizon gets away with charging consumers in advance for services not yet used. We should be rewarded for allowing them to use our money interest free.

    @verizon , I’ve wasted over 30 minutes trying to upgrade a phone line with your digital assistant and call center rep! I’ve been a customer of yours for 15 years and this is my experience!!! Looking at @sprint now!!!

    @ebay I'm seeing items I've viewed & purchased on X. That level of aggressive marketing is DISGUSTING! The because-you-can mantra Sucks. I have to pay Verizon for the marketing coming through hot spot. BE SURE it will cost you. I do not reward because-you-can marketing.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 907pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
