After 45 minutes on the phone with tech-support they told me the router was bad and sent me to switch it out, which I did. The new router is up and working but I still don’t have Internet. Clearly, it was something else.

Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
