So finally! @Verizon offers wireless home internet 5G in Baltimore city! It’s 70 Dollars a month however if you have mobile service is 35 dollars a month! Bye @comcast ! So happy to no longer pay them! No monthly charge for equipment either! I’m saving $50 bucks a month now

@VerizonSupport My Internet went out this afternoon. After 45 minutes on the phone with tech-support they told me the router was bad and sent me to switch it out, which I did. The new router is up and working but I still don’t have Internet. Clearly, it was something else.

The importance of this kind of leadership in City services should not be overlooked. Private service providers like BGE, Verizon, Comcast, banks and landlords should all act similarly. I hope that @Sneed4Baltimore’s leadership here will push them to do more.

@zollotech I’ve had this problem for so long. Thought it was Verizon, it was not. I even have premium and YouTube is getting slow to load anything. It even regularly buffers 4k video on a 1 gig connection!
