    @4EvaALadi @Xfinity Verizon sucked for me too. No Fios in my area. Honestly this is the first real problem and it’s a BIG one. I just need ANy reliable service at this point. I’ll switch to Simpli Safe for my home security for all that. Smdh. Wtf

    @hansvestberg @VerizonSupport saga continues. Received refund for past 3 months of paying for 400Mbps, getting 100Mbps. Thx for that. Told would see progress on ticket by today. Change seen: now getting ~22Mbps and paying for 400Mbps. Recommendations for competitor service?

    @S__McBride @VerizonSupport Exactly! Which is part of the reason, that they fail to grasp, why their excuse is so pathetic. Rn, I’m debating if they had just been honest and said “I don’t give a **** about this” would have been a more accurate answer.

    Verizon app really takes cake. 1 min viewing in app store online before logout while phone shopping. 2-factor authorization to re-login generates code. 3 codes and locked for the day...sheesh #verizon #myverizon

    @VerizonSupport Update: after being provided a link that doesn’t work...now being told that the folks on social are different from the general customer support. Amazing how many hoops they’ve created. Begs the question of if the hoops are designed to work for or against the customer. 🤔

    Over 45 minute wait time on the phone to get a @VerizonSupport rep, because the iOS app didn’t work. 30 minutes into the phone call, I still have no fix. 75 min in and counting. This is not customer service. This is wasted time from my work day. @verizon

    @zollotech I’ve had this problem for so long. Thought it was Verizon, it was not. I even have premium and YouTube is getting slow to load anything. It even regularly buffers 4k video on a 1 gig connection!

    @ps2604 @OfficialLoganK @Starlink Any enganagement with a major will display this very point. Verizon is imploding and upgrades can turn into weeklong clusterflooks, whereas Starlink, Tesla and others just work, with the hassle removed (never present in the first place)
