I called customer service and was told the problem has been rectified but I keep getting split bills with different due dates and at a much higher price. I would like this mistake to be resolved.

When I called, I experienced very cold and condescending service from Elaine and her supervisor Albert. 20 year customer and they spoke to me with no empathy or understanding. Issue was not resolved to my satisfaction.
