    @VerizonSupport I don’t need to know about power outages I need to know about why my fios wifi is down. After spending hours on hold and going through all the reset crap.

    @VerizonSupport Thanks. It’s been a couple of weeks. I really notice it in the evenings- but I don’t have the tv on much at other times so I am not sure if it is consistent. Nothing I do seems to help. Rebooted the router and the set top box.

    @VZWSupport you are complete crooks. Customer for 9+yrs and paying out the nose for a limited plan. Called to get an unlimited plan that you want to charge me 60 to change the plan? No thank you. Hello at&t. #verizonwireless

    @MD_Labor Every time she calls the “only” number you can call she never can get through. Gets a recording that “you’ve reached Verizon wireless and your call cannot be completed.” This is absolutely mind boggling.

    I hate Verizon. They have the absolute worst customer service and itsca ***** just to get a real person to talk to. I only keep them because Fios internet is supposedly better than Comcast. But I may be calling Comcast soon. @Verizon @VerizonPolicy

    @Verizon @VerizonSupport would be nice if you had an outage site so we wouldn’t have to sit and try to reboot our router over and over not knowing theirs an outage. #hateverizon

    @VerizonSupport It started around June of this year. I’ve texted and emailed you, but no response. I called customer service and was told the problem has been rectified but I keep getting split bills with different due dates and at a much higher price. I would like this mistake to be resolved.

    @VerizonSupport My Fios bill increased by $16.00. When I called, I experienced very cold and condescending service from Elaine and her supervisor Albert. 20 year customer and they spoke to me with no empathy or understanding. Issue was not resolved to my satisfaction.

    He then knocked again. When I opened the door a second time, he repeated his request, as if I had some obligation to answer. I closed the door again and he left. Was he a legitimate Verizon representative? If so, is it your policy they be so rude?

    @TMobileHelp Hi.. I got a call to extend the duration for my rebate card. I sent a copy of the bill from my old provider for the third time and it got denied. The sole reason I chose to switch was that the service was just as reliable as Verizon and I would get a rebate card.

    @LibertyMarieEP Was just participating in a city meeting where no one questioned why the city was paying $350 per month to Verizon for service for a cellphone and IPad. City employees were just like “that’s what to costs.”. Way above what they should be paying. No questioning it or concerns. Just paying the inflated costs.

    @LarryJones I was forced to get vaccinated by Verizon… we received emails as management that we had to get vaccinated and upload proof or we would be terminated. As a single mother, I complied and regretted it since. My daughter that did not get vaccinated has never had Covid. Me- 3 xs
