    @toddkmyers My friends bought a i13 pro iPhone and we can barely hear her on her phone, has Verzion service, most 5G is not available yet, inspite of all there boasting about its all over Florida….. I still have my 8+, 3-4 G and talks everywhere and clear on Verizon….

    @Vyyyper I've been Verizon for almost 8yrs and I love putting this to the test and it never fails in fact I think Apple has a hit squad out for me lol . But on reality iPhone are great if u have apple ecosystem if not Google is much better since it works on all devices there software

    My poor wife and mother in law have been dealing with a nightmare with @Verizon since CHRISTMAS. Nobody on the phone is any help and you get a different person each time. It’s asinine. She got billed 2x for 1 phone she bought....now charging fees and etc....

    I hated AT&T! Sprint definitely suck and now T-Mobile make me sick. I don’t want to go to Verizon and be disappointed bc that **** us dumb expensive

    Nothing pisses me off more than waiting an hour for someone like Verizon or USPS to call me back about a problem and my iPhone just immediately silents the call & sends to voicemail 🤡 It’s ok I wanted to wait an extra hour anyways 💯

    This is me on hold while the rep went home. This is great service. As a ceo of my company I want my team to do better then this. So I would assume as ceo of Verizon you would want the same. This service has become the worst it has ever been. I have been with Verizon for 15 years

    @VerizonSupport And I was on phone with a so called supervisor. This is crazy. I have ruined the job I’m on cause I can’t work while on the phone and customer is tired of waiting on me and I’m dealing with you guys. This is crazy. All you care about is money now.

    @Verizon former employee for 7 or 8 years Verizon has lost what I used as my main way to handle customer service and sales while working there and that's integrity. If I'm not satisfied with the outcome after tomorrow then I'm done and I know a lot of other people will also be done.

    After over six years of paid @ATT tech support, my phone consistently had 4 bars. Since canceling, the signal drops to 2 bars with unreliable data. It’s time to switch providers. I've been with #ATT since 2013, after spending 2000-2013 with @TMobile. Maybe now it's time to try @Verizon.

    @KassMiass Yes. 1. I have a Verizon phone & MiFi wireless internet. If I go over my 15 gigs or whatever limit, I crawl at 600 mps. Total for both is $86.00 a month. 2. I have DirecTV. Costs me $125 per month. Basically no channels I like. Been a customer since 1990.

    I was hitting 1200 Mbps and thought, wow, Verizon is really pushing n77 in Gatlinburg — then this happened. What surprised me was that n77 seemed like their go-to choice for the area, but it’s clear they weren’t done yet. They’re obviously not backing down from mmWave.

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon I'm very seriously considered changing from Verizon to T-Mobile. Verizon signal in the Florida panhandle is just gone downhill so far that it's ridiculous and I've been with them since 2010. If I need something I only go to a Verizon corporate store there's two of them in Pensacola.

    @blondehotcoffee I worked at Telus. When news came out about Verizon possibly coming to Canada, the big three freaked out. Management had meetings with us to tell use to tell everyone (family) to call their MP to vote against it. I didn't even work in Mobility. Everyone was forced to. **** em.
