Again on the phone with Verizon for over a hour and a half and got hung up on and why take a call back number if u never call back

I still have my 8+, 3-4 G and talks everywhere and clear on Verizon….

I have ruined the job I’m on cause I can’t work while on the phone and customer is tired of waiting on me and I’m dealing with you guys. This is crazy. All you care about is money now.

City employees were just like “that’s what to costs.”. Way above what they should be paying. No questioning it or concerns. Just paying the inflated costs.
