After trying to resolve a very serious and sensitive matter I got spoken to like trash, hung up on, and I’ve called 30 times in the last hour and they refuse to answer. I am disgusted.

The “proof of delivery” was that the package was handed to an individual. I’m sure it was. I had Perplexity handle the complaining.

My card was approved on Mar 4 & went out for delivery on Mar 9, but USPS returned it because envelope showed an incomplete apt no. from USCIS (Apt #3 instead of #327). I submitted 2 re-mail requests, but still have no update.
