It sucks half the beehive I’ve seen and know personally, including myself can’t even post pics in our #icypark because @adidas and @usps are literally just delaying everything for some reason… no update on shipment dates and if it’s shipped no dates on delivery, I’m really sad.

@filis_queen I think it’s just postage services being overloaded with corona online shopping. We had a couple issues with packages from USPS and UPS but we were able to call and work it out

  • bbottini
Brian (@bbottini) reported from Westfield, New Jersey

How does it take 5+ days to deliver a priority mail package within the same state (NJ)? National disgrace, not seeing these issues with UPS and FedEx. #USPSdelays @USPS

@datachick @FerventGeek I don't get it. I'm pretty libertarian, but USPS provides literal negative barrier to entry in private parcel service, and provides a commons for commerce to occur. Let it exist. It's not hurting you if you don't use it.

  • BMBell2424
Brian Belfiore (@BMBell2424) reported from Colonia, New Jersey

Has anyone experienced crazy shipping delays using @USPS @USPSHelp this week? I’ve never had issues but currently there are several ongoing at once.

Look, I don’t have a problem with Biden winning legitimately. But cheating, is a big no no. Not a moral compass. Looking forward to that hearing from that USPS worker to testify under oath 🔥

@iAnonPatriot As they should have! I'm a former USPS employee and proud to have been one. It angers me when I see horrible people working for the service. It's hard to get terminated after the initial 90 day probation and that's a problem

  • Dolphin112MHS

@skillz17q USPS did a good job.. never an issue.. they went to freelance when packages got delayed.

  • grok
    Grok (@grok) reported

@lynnstolze @WallStreetApes The US Postal Service (USPS) is grappling with a severe financial crisis, projecting it could run out of cash by February 2027 without intervention, due to declining mail volumes, rising costs, and prior unfunded mandates. To preserve liquidity for payroll, supplier payments, and mail delivery, the USPS Board of Governors announced on April 9, 2026, that it will temporarily suspend its employer contributions to the defined-benefit portion of the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) starting April 10. This affects postal workers and other federal civil servants under FERS but does not halt employees' own contributions, Thrift Savings Plan matches, or Social Security payments. The pause is expected to free up about $2.5 billion this fiscal year, with no immediate impact on current retirees' benefits or pensions—similar to a 2011 deferral during another crunch. USPS is also seeking a 4-cent stamp price hike for added revenue.

@ViralVideos This will devastate delivery services, Ubers, cabs, usps, Amazon, ups, FedEx, DoorDash, etc.

  • MotownTitan
    MotownTitan (@MotownTitan) reported

@NHbskraus @CardPurchaser How long ago was it "delivered"? I've had items with the ESU number arrive via USPS sometime a week+ after being "delivered". Sometimes I think it's more the norm than a problem

  • LavishSethi9
    Lavish Sethi (@LavishSethi9) reported

The US Postal Service lost $9 billion last year and warns it could run out of money within 12 months. Meanwhile, new Labor Dept data shows most new jobs created went to women, largely in healthcare. Two very different stories shaping the US economy. #USPS #Economy #Jobs

@PokeCardsDaily @USPS I recently had that happen. I got a painting (yes, an actual framed painting, very small), and they stuck it in my box with no way for me to get it out. I had to leave a note for them to drop it at my door since the back where they place mail is wider than the door I open to get it. He threw it at my door the next day. I heard the thud. Wonderful service!

  • Redwave45Q
    Redwave47 (@Redwave45Q) reported

Instead of cutting the fat at the top with postmasters, MPOOs etc… making over 6 figures a year @USPS wants to screw the ones who actually do the work. We need @DOGE to come in and get rid of all the waste and fraud. Talk to employees on what they see is the problem and for solutions

@Libs_OfChicago @USPS But they want us to trust them with mail deliveries

@DFrankRobi99950 We should just let the USPS die, let Amazon,FedEx, UPS handle all mail delivery.
