90% of what I get through @USPS is junk mail. Since I throw it all out, I have no problem with postal workers leaving it on the sorting tables so I can get the mail that matters.

Living at graduate student apartments at #PrincetonU is to see the e-commerce delivery juggernaut at work. Everyday, Lawrence Apts is buzzing with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, & Amazon delivery people. Our household runs on these deliveries. Seems to be the case for many.

@amazon shipping is the worst!! If I wanted my stuff late and damaged... I'd use the @USPS! Ugh! I have a birthday lunch today.. and Amazon delivery has my next day shipping for two days. #filledwithrage

@sondraa @USPS @FedEx FedEx is awful..they never follow delivery instructions nor deliver on time

Ran to the post office real quick before they close at 4:30. As I was walking in an employee told me she was closing for her break and to come back in 15 minutes. Just another thing to add to the growing list of why the United States Postal Service sucks! #usps

@MonsterCardBrk @Sportscardnati1 It’s crazy to me. I sent the package 7 weeks ago and PSA hasn’t scanned it in. And since I don’t have tracking, I’m totally in the dark. I’m not even sure if USPS can re-issue tracking

  • wiIdflowerrr
Christine (@wiIdflowerrr) reported from Mercerville, New Jersey

USPS informed delivery told me that today, both my parents and I would be getting mail in voting things. They got theirs, I didn’t. Oooooooh I ain’t ****** around with this.

@HieronymusMcG @RichardGrenell You are missing the fact that the @USPS is not a biz. It is service, a Gov't entity, like schools, Profits are irrelevant and not part of the mission of the service. #SaveTheUSPS

So starting next week Amazon is doing half day shifts for drivers. Difference is you go to business or residences and pick up packages. Basically Amazon is using their delivery setup to be another shipping option. Seems like they are gonna try to compete with USPS/UPS/FEDEX

@USPSHelp @USPS you’ve lost an important package of mine and I haven’t had a response to my inquiry in two days. Tracking says delivered but this is not true. There is no delivery on my doorbell camera at the time noted. Help?

  • nursemegg
Margaret (@nursemegg) reported from Robbinsville, New Jersey

@USPS I paid for delivery so my package would show up today. It's now switched to tomorrow. Do I get a rebate for the delivery fee that I paid?

  • WatchSalemNews
    Salem News Channel (@WatchSalemNews) reported

📬 USPS Price Hike Coming The U.S. Postal Service plans to raise first-class mail prices from $0.78 to $0.82 starting July 12, a 4.8% increase. USPS says the change will help offset rising transportation and fuel costs. The agency reported a $1.25 billion quarterly loss in February and warns it could run out of cash within a year. Earlier this week, regulators also approved a temporary 8% price increase for Priority Mail, effective April 26.

@iAnonPatriot As they should have! I'm a former USPS employee and proud to have been one. It angers me when I see horrible people working for the service. It's hard to get terminated after the initial 90 day probation and that's a problem

  • Noyb2021

@mulaapronto @christo70455432 @CBSNews Wild that you think the system still works... google northern Alabama mail delivery issues. There are a plethora of articles and finger pointing but in the end? USPS can't deliver nor can they pay their bills. It's over.

    Aditi Sinha (@AditiSinha1308) reported

@USCIS I’m requesting help with my EAD redelivery. My card was approved on Mar 4 & went out for delivery on Mar 9, but USPS returned it because envelope showed an incomplete apt no. from USCIS (Apt #3 instead of #327). I submitted 2 re-mail requests, but still have no update.

  • Danni_Tweetsey
    Danielle (@Danni_Tweetsey) reported

@AmericaTruCrime @PeterSchiff Don’t disagree. Increasing the cost of a stamp won’t solve any problems for USPS. Of all the things to pick on however, the cost of first class mail for what you get, isn’t one of them.

USPS burning cash while Amazon needs delivery partners and $FDX/UPS face pricing power — weird arbitrage opportunity brewing as government logistics fails 📦

@USPS "Our system shows We were unable to attempt delivery of your item on April 12, 2026 at 2:41 pm in _______________ due to interference by an animal. Your item will go out for delivery on the next delivery day as conditions permit." I don't have pets, So I know this is a lie.

  • Ribaldo59
    Matthew Snyder (@Ribaldo59) reported

@thespunkyskunk @CBSNews That a good question. Almost never use them, get one valid letter for every 50 pieces of junk mail, but have relatives that work for them. So it’s not about dislike, it’s about antiquated thinking. We live in the modern digital age and the USPS is a service that is following in the footsteps of the pony express, but taxpayers are subsidizing it all the way to its certain death. Was this arguing? Thought we were discussing.

@USPS Call the listed number at the Columbia, SC office, and you get a recording to leave a message. 8037334643. You might or might not get a return call—time to privatize the postal service.
