Pam (@Pam48030) reported from Hazel Park, Michigan@rayofliteindark @Section411 I read that the USPS has to take all pkgs & cant limit the # they take in like other delivery services. Rumor has it that UPS & other carriers were dumping things on USPS when they knew that they couldn't deliver on time. 3 pkgs that came late for me originated with UPS. 🤔

Summertime Tones (@tonyisapoet) reported from Southfield, MichiganYesterday the USPS held a package at the post office “at customers request” despite having made no request and today we got the “delivery attempted” message but no slip in the box and the truck wasn’t here which means it was a pretty flimsy attempt LOL
-
Amanda Dee𓂀 (@_AmandaREAL) reported from Southfield, Michigan@amazon should have it’s own return locations. It’s a delivery service, I don’t understand why I have to go to UPS or USPS to return a package to amazon. I ain’t complaining though, just saying

DemoncratsAreEvil (@DemoncratsREviI) reported20 mph on EVERY street in NYC. Other than the sheer madness this would cause, imagine what it would do to Ubers, cabs, delivery services, Amazon, USPS, UPS, FedEx.
-
Rumi (@Rumin1372690) reported@BellasBodega If you're doing business through USPS it's your job to make sure the package is properly insured for the right dollar amount because all USPS does is destroy packages. The customer needs to take it up with USPS. It's not your problem after you ship it off.
-
Donald Morgan (@dmorgan1773) reported@USPS Time to privatize the Postal Service.
-
CD² (@Cryptic_Dollar) reported@_CardSpace_ @BellasBodega Yea it is. I don’t guarantee shipping usps does guarantee safe delivery. I pack the **** outta my items once it leaves my hands and usps scans it in its out of my control
-
Aditi Sinha (@AditiSinha1308) reported@USCIS I’m requesting help with my EAD redelivery. My card was approved on Mar 4 & went out for delivery on Mar 9, but USPS returned it because envelope showed an incomplete apt no. from USCIS (Apt #3 instead of #327). I submitted 2 re-mail requests, but still have no update.
-
FIDO🇺🇲 (@C_C383) reportedHaven't had an Amazon subscription for 8 years now. Canceled it when they started outsourcing their deliveries to USPS, who only delivers packages when they feel like it out here.
-
ellen west (@603freedomNH) reported@DarylHerington @WallStreetApes @USPS Husband carrier for 35 years, civil service. Retired 15 years ago, we had to PAY for his military service in Vietnam, 40,000 bucks. If so much as a penny goes, I'll sue.

jcn412 (@Jcn412) reported@BigDavesRants @CardPurchaser If under 20 its totally reasonable to ship ESE with semi rigid. I disclose this in my description. Mailed hundreds and no issue. The top loader jams up USPS too. That being said, if someone messages me and requests, I always oblige.

Parallel Spock (@RussLarson) reported@nypost What an absolute mess of an organization. I know many very good usps workers; it’s not the productivity of the worker. The issue is an organization that didn’t adjust to this thing we call the Internet. If it had been allowed to go private, the resulting firm would have made competitive business adjustments or gone out of business (there are other delivery services and don’t think for a second that some other firm wouldn’t have stepped in to take over the standard delivery service). But instead it’s an example of government mush. Everything the government runs turns to mush, necessarily. When will Congress act to privatize USPS?

Rep. Rick Crawford (@RepRickCrawford) reported🚨Important Tax Season Information 🚨 From now until Wednesday, April 15th, rather than mailing tax returns from your house or by the USPS blue mailbox outside of post offices, you should take your mail into the post office and ask an employee to “hand-cancel” your stamps. This will ensure that your mail is postmarked the same day you bring it in and avoid the IRS charging you for your tax-return being late. If you wish to take even more precaution, paying the additional $5.30 to send your tax-return by certified mail will provide you with a tracking number and allow you to require the IRS to provide a signature at the time of delivery, providing proof of delivery if somehow your taxes get lost by the IRS.
