Mark Lopez (@mlopez13112) reported from Arlington, Virginia@forestwitch16 I think it depends on your personal preference and what the specific jobs are (for USPS are you a courier, or work in post office serving retail functions or in a distribution center; for Costco are you in customer service, working cashier, stock, in a specific dept, etc).
-
Chelsea Cole (@chelsdyl) reported from Arlington, Virginia@gappyharrisjr Just wanted to share that I have four USPS packages between the Detroit and Pontiac distribution centers that have been there for 7-10 days. I called them and was on hold for an hour before they hung up. I know they've decreased service in SE MI but this is wild!
-
Kara Westercamp (@KaraWestercamp) reported from Arlington, Virginia@SleestakPOTUS I wonder, also. Maybe because of the Postal Service Union? There’s also a lot of disadvantaged companies who contract with USPS to deliver mail and they may have employees who are less likely to have taken the vaccine? Don’t make a Federal mandate if it has carveouts.

-
Andrea Caruso (@AndreaNRuth) reported from Arlington, Virginia@tjb61 I didn’t call Y2K a conspiracy. The word “and” is there. And the USPS issues have been around for years, in the same way the issues surrounding Y2K were and no one gave a **** until it was panic time.
-
Robert Weierbach (@weierbach) reported from Arlington, Virginia@littledeekay I only have issue with USPS and getting mail after a hold.

-
Sheila Mazibuko (@SheGlows25) reported from Arlington, Virginia@USPS the most horrible service provider ever. Can you refund me already since you failed to deliver a package that was suppose to be delivered in South Africa in December. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
USPS Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
The California Rifleman (@CaliforniaRifle) reported@KTVU The USPS wants ever more money to transport ever less 1st Class mail. Meanwhile, private carriers have seen huge profits in parcel deliveries. Force USPS to compete! Stop hiring unfit DEI employees, fire unproductive, unwilling, and incompetent workers. Focus on customer service!
-
TCG View (@TCGView) reported@PokeCardsDaily @USPS I recently had that happen. I got a painting (yes, an actual framed painting, very small), and they stuck it in my box with no way for me to get it out. I had to leave a note for them to drop it at my door since the back where they place mail is wider than the door I open to get it. He threw it at my door the next day. I heard the thud. Wonderful service!
-
Stephen Sweigart (@sweigart5451) reportedThe United States Postal Service USPS is by US Congress MAKES it mandatory by dictatorship decree to receive only mail by POSTAL SERVICE! IN ORDER TO MONITOR ALL MAIL IN FREE USA CAPITALIST RELIGIOUS DICTATORSHIP.
-
Eyes of TJ Eckleburg (@EyesTJEckleburg) reported@skillz17q Theory: this is happening because @POTUS is revamping the USPS, effectively cutting the deep discounts Amazon was getting for delivery through the Post Office. The truth is the US govt has been subsidizing Bezos’ cash cow.
-
DemoncratsAreEvil (@DemoncratsREviI) reported@MatrixMysteries 20 mph on EVERY street in NYC. Other than the sheer madness this would cause, imagine what it would do to Ubers, cabs, delivery services, Amazon, USPS, UPS, FedEx.
-
13F Pro (@13F_Pro) reported$FDX and UPS sitting pretty as USPS burns through cash reserves — when the government postal service needs another bailout, where do you think that package volume migrates? Private logistics players love public sector incompetence 📦
-
Viata_Chew 🪷 (@Viata1364) reported@CraigMacdotcom @JamesTate121 The USPS is not a business, it's a federal service to every resident in the U.S. How does someone at your big age not know this?
-
The Kid (@freddylipton) reported@InsiderWire Companies need to stop using @USPS . Nothing ever gets delivered on time. It’s almost like they are getting forced to delay delivery to try and frustrate people into not buying things online? Is this being done on purpose to control inflation?
-
ThirdEye (@Kbrown0186) reportedThe delay vs. on-time ratio is closing in. And the Amazon orders that ship via USPS are the worst in my experience - jammed into an apartment mailbox or a day or two late. I’m 100% not renewing Prime.
-
BTWDTA🏴☠️⚡️⚡️ (@eaauaia) reported@audrawrongspeak When you are going to place an online order, use the customer chat to ask them how they ship their products. If the answer is FedEx request an alternate. If they insist on FedEx, don’t order. I’ve been doing this for years because of issues. UPS, USPS or bust.
