    @UPS Hello team I live in Miami, Local UPS keeps asking me to p/u from hub notdeliver to me saying its new area, but I lived there for 2 years when Fedex and USPS has no issue delivering to me,in the past 30 days I have 4 UPS packages, every time i have to call many times to get it

    It's always the same story @amazon “Delivery attempted January 30 Unfortunately, USPS couldn't complete your delivery and is holding it for you to pick up. We're very sorry for the inconvenience. ALWAYS !!

    If your business depends on @USPS, you are really in trouble, terrible service, and your orders arrive whenever they want. No commitment and no proof of delivery, and worst of all, no response.

    Infuriated & disappointed with @USPS. Over two weeks ago I mailed my laptop to a company for repairs. Customer service can’t tell me where it is & the company I sent it to hasn’t got it. They haven’t helped to track it down. I’m wondering if it was stolen. Never using USPS again.

    @ROLYF_DERP Honestly. The only time I had an issue with an order, they helped. I’ve gotten ****** by FedEx TWICE today and it doesn’t help that USPS is trash too

    calling and going personally to USPS and they claim that the package was sent back. I really need to either have it shipped back to me or get my money back. Thank you in advance and I hope you solve my problem and I have already written you too many emails and I’m tired Thx!

    @USPS this is ridiculous. Two days in a row and for some reason none of my mail has arrived and my package is no where to be found. Saying “delivery attempted” when NO mailman/woman has passed by my house.

    @HootieBoy That definitely helps. I didn't notice these issues as much when it was UPS. Matter of fact it was on a very rare occasion it didn't show up on time with UPS. Since since USPS started doing deliveries it's been more frequent. When I order stuff through FedEx, it is never late, and sometimes it's a day early.

    @Roadie is a horrid company to have deliver goods. They make the USPS look like a model of efficiency and good customer service. (And just to be clear, USPS sucks.) Out of four deliveries in the last few years from the local @HomeDepot two of them have been incomplete. For the Roadie managers counting on their fingers, that's a 50% FAILURE RATE. If this wasn't bad enough, they don't make good on the problem. In both cases, I had to make repeat calls to HomeDepot over several days, and neither case was it resolved satisfactorily. I had to drive to Home Depot to pick up the missing items myself. HD staff: "We hate them, but we're forced to use them." Instead of charging a delivery fee, they should pay for the customers' time wasted trying to straighten out their screwups.

    In time for delivery today 4/10/26. Now , I'm told not today as no one has canned the package - marked and paid for as 3-day priority mail- to be delivered today. It will not be delivered until tomorrow No answer from the local post office @USPS you're worried /3

    @BellasBodega If you're doing business through USPS it's your job to make sure the package is properly insured for the right dollar amount because all USPS does is destroy packages. The customer needs to take it up with USPS. It's not your problem after you ship it off.

    @USPS when did you guys turn into FedEx? It was supposed to be delivered last Saturday, but I guess because Easter you didn’t work I wasn’t home Monday and you didn’t leave it. I had it rescheduled for today and you never bothered to show up. Absolutely terrible service.

    Why does the USPS even bother giving delivery dates? These mother ******* have NEVER been on time with jack or **** that I've ordered. They don't update transit worth a damn, if at all, and every package ends up being a week late at best.

    @AmericaTruCrime @PeterSchiff Don’t disagree. Increasing the cost of a stamp won’t solve any problems for USPS. Of all the things to pick on however, the cost of first class mail for what you get, isn’t one of them.
